I’ve always had my head in the clouds, to say the least. But space first became a serious for interest for me when I got my first telescope from my father in the third grade. It was then that I realized that space is essentially endless. That there are worlds to explore that we never even consider in our day to day. I wanted to be an astronaut.
Uh, and that didn’t work. As a bit of a nerd and an owner of some pretty crappy vision, the idea of me as an astronaut was simply never going to happen. But an astronomer? An amateur astronomer? Yep. I can work with that.
This is my first blog, and I’m excited about kicking things off. Obviously, this blog will be a lot about the stars and galaxies way up there. But it will also be about technology and other stuff, because, let’s face it, there are other things to think of outside of galaxies beyond.
I’m looking forward to all your comments, friends.
